SLEEP OVER SPOTS

We have sleep over spots available at every event … Let loose and spend the night! Rooms / beds only available after event is done and must be out by 10am. Limited spots available. Must be paid in advance to secure and there are NO REFUNDS or CREDITS. Bring your own sheets, bedding and pillows. Contact thefarmbk@hotmail.com to reserve and pay for your spot.

EVENT REFUND POLICY

Event fees are non refundable with less that 72hrs notice.
In the event a member cannot attend a prepaid event the member will be required to give The farm 72hr ( 3 days) notice of cancellation via email to thefarmbk@hotmail.com. The member will then have the option of using the event funds for one of the next two schedules events. If the funds are not used for one of the next two events the funds will then be non refundable.
Entrance payment for an event is non transferable, ie: ticket purchased for an event cannot be given or sold to another person, as it will not be accepted at the door.
If a member is disorderly, disrespectful or causes a disturbance they can be asked to leave an event and no refund will be issued.
