Our outdoor space :”The Shack” has a huge dance floor, social area and play area for everyone to enjoy. Friday night is Karaoke & Saturday night is a dance party with DJ and some organized activities throughout the weekend. Communal campfires will be the place to get to know new people or catch up with old friends. If you have a guitar you should bring it!!
BK camping weekends are open to all 21+ couples and single females. Single males will be able to purchase day passes unless with a couple, Vetted single males may be permitted on a case by case basis

ALL single males must depart by 11pm UNLESS they have either been preapproved & vetted, Invited by BK, and accompanied by a couple or single female. They must have a current membership.
There is LOTs of room for tents, tent trailers, RV’s (25$ additional fee for trailers or RV’s), however if you have a larger trailer please advise us in advance so we can reserve space for you to park.
Reminder to pack a wet/dry blanket or towel for play area.
BYOB, bathing suit (or not), flashlight, sex toys?, food (or let our food truck feed you), bug spray, sexy clothing (or just go naked), sun screen, and some CASH for the food truck…

Food Truck and Grill
Our Food truck is now open for food sales. Please bring CASH or we accept EMT. We will also be BBQing throughout the weekend should you need to purchase a couple of meals. There is also a communal BBQ available for campers to use as well as ice for sale.

HOT TUB RULES
• 4 people maximum at a time
• Open at 10 am closes at midnight
• 30 minutes maximum per person
• No glass in hot tub
• Please respect the CLOSED sign when it is closed for Maintenance and filter cleaning
• Please shower before use, outdoor shower located beside hot tub
• No sex in the hot tub
• Last person out must close the hot tub cover
• Please do not sit or stand on the cover
• Notify BK of any issues, and do not add any pool chemicals yourself
Heated Inground Pool
SWIMMING POOL RULES
• Open from dawn til dusk
• No peeing in the pool
• No glass or food in pool
• No sex in the pool
• Swimming is at your own risk, we do not have a lifeguard
• Notify BK of any issues
Farm Animals
Farm animals can be dangerous, so please do not interact with them unless BK has given you permission. This includes feeding them, as they are only allowed certain foods or you can make them sick.
The shack has a dance floor, social and play area
We have a huge heated covered building with a dance area for you to show off your best moves. The dance floor is a wood based floor newly added in 2025 there are games, foosball, hockey table, darts, pool table and seating areas as well as massage tables and play areas
Play Area (with BEDS)
The Love Shack play area is open to all consenting adults attending the Camping Weekend. We now have 8 beds, loungers, liberators, and massage tables in this area!! LINENS, Wipes, condoms, lube and disinfectant spray are provided. NO unaccompanied Males allowed to enter.
RULES AND REGULATIONS
- Please no open fires not approved by BK. We provide two metal containers for your fire and a bonfire area – for insurance liability and so we don’t damage the farm fields
- There is a LARGE building available for dancing, social, and a play area that is open from 10:00 am to 12:00 am daily, please deposit trash in containers
- Quiet hours are from 11:00pm to 09:00am, please no loud music, generators or disturbing your neighbors.
- We have an outdoor shower (located beside hot tub) – please bring biodegradable shampoo and soaps
- Campers are responsible for maintaining and keeping their camp sites clean, ie: everything you bring with you please take with you on departure.
- Check out is by 2:00 pm on Sunday. Please leave the site the way you found it and take all
garbage with you. - Weekend events are open to couples and single females, no single males permitted unless
pre-approved by BK. - There is no hydro, sewage or water hook up. So please plan accordingly.
- Porta potty’s will be available on site, please keep them clean.
- Firewood is available, please do not chop down or use wood you find on the property or bring in your own.

- There are bunnies and cats(and sometimes dogs) running loose on the property, please drive with caution.
- Please respect staff and campers, anyone inebriated, disrespectful or belligerent will be asked to leave with no refund.
- Please ask permission before taking photos of people.
- Please be respectful and safe around farm equipment and buildings, this is a working farm.
- Please do not park in or block the driveway as it is an emergency in and out route. Please park ONLY where directed.
- Alcohol, please no glass containers on the site or in the buildings, please only cans or plastic containers (for the sake of bare feet and animals).
- Nudity and sexual acts, please keep out of site of road thanks!
- Smoking only in designated areas. We are 420 friendly
- Please NOTE NO PETS ARE ALLOWED AS WE ARE A FARM WITH BIOSECURITY MEASURES
